The line for the production of corrugated profile (shape) MultiPlate consists of the following equipment:
A device for unwinding a roll with the metal(1).
Advancing metal strip into the machine (2) with flat rolls. This machine(2) destined for straightening and leveling the metal strip on the plane. Then cutting of required length sheet with scissors (3).After that the workpiece (blank) on the table (12) is rotating 90 degree and inputting across into the machine with two profile rolling press (4) for pre-bending profile (shape). Than the blank again rotating and inputting into the machine with two pairs of rollers press(5). Rollers are shaped corrugation. After that in the workpiece (blank) hole punched for bolts lengthwise(6) and across(7) of the blank. Then again, the workpiece enters the press(8) for calibration corrugation. After that blank passes through 2 bending machine (9) with three shape (profile) rolls to make the angle of flexure lengthwise of the workpiece.
Between the machines and presses workpiece (blank) moves on the chain conveyor(11).
And finalization of the angle of flexure is making on the last на последнем hydraulic press (10). applying the appropriate templates to control angle of flexure lengthwise of the corrugation apply the appropriate templates
Equipment does not have to stand in line.
Press (10) and bending rolls (9) desirable with “CNC” (computer control). Order that would be able to quickly and qualitatively change
